Peran Analisis Sistem dan Riset Operasi (ASRO) dalam Strategi Militer Modern dan Optimasi Logistik

Artikel ini membahas peran Analisis Sistem dan Riset Operasi (ASRO) dalam mendukung efektivitas pengambilan keputusan militer modern, khususnya dalam konteks TNI Angkatan Darat. Sebagai pendekatan analitik yang sistematis dan berbasis data, ASRO menawarkan perangkat metodologis untuk mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk perencanaan strategis, logistik, manajemen proyek, dan pemodelan risiko. Melalui studi pustaka dan analisis isi terhadap berbagai sumber literatur dan kebijakan militer, tulisan ini mengkaji potensi, tantangan, dan keterbatasan penerapan ASRO dalam lingkungan organisasi militer Indonesia. Ditemukan bahwa kendala implementasi mencakup keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur data yang belum terintegrasi, serta resistensi budaya organisasi terhadap pendekatan analitik. Artikel ini merekomendasikan langkah-langkah strategis seperti penguatan kapasitas SDM, digitalisasi sistem informasi, dan pengembangan tata kelola berbasis etika untuk menjadikan ASRO sebagai pilar dalam transformasi pertahanan yang adaptif, efisien, dan akuntabel.
