Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital semakin tidak terbatasi dan merebak ke segala disiplin ilmu. Penelitian ini menganalisis potensi pemanfaatan teknologi simulasi dan Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah integratif yang memadukan aspek teknik mesin dan taktik militer pada Program Studi Teknik Mesin Pertahanan Akademi Militer. Menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber ilmiah terakreditasi dan laporan industri lima tahun terakhir (2021-2026). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi VR dan simulasi telah terbukti efektif meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan militer di berbagai negara, dengan peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran hingga 2,34 kali lipat jika dikombinasikan dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi lima mata kuliah prioritas di Prodi Teknik Mesin Pertahanan yang berpotensi untuk diintegrasikan dengan simulasi teknologi, serta menyusun model implementasi secara bertahap yang sesuai dengan konteks dan batasan Akmil.
