Penulis melaksanakan penelitian mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan psikologi terhadap hasil latihan menembak pada Simulator Rudal Starstreak MMS di Pusdik Arhanud dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional serta psikologi terhadap hasil latihan menembak melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data nilai latihan simulator. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan psikologi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil latihan menembak pada Simulator Rudal Starstreak MMS. Kemampuan mengendalikan emosi, tingkat kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan mental sangat memengaruhi fokus dan ketepatan prajurit dalam melaksanakan latihan. pendekatan tersebut memberikan pemahaman yang lebih utuh mengenai peran faktor emosional dan psikologis dalam pencapaian hasil latihan.
