RELEVANSI KURIKULUM TEKNIK MESIN PERTAHANAN AKMIL DALAM MENDUKUNG KEBUTUHAN ALAT UTAMA SISTEM PERSENJATAAN TNI AD

Modernisasi Alat Utama Sistem Senjata (Alutsista) TNI Angkatan Darat menuju teknologi precision firing, precision mobility, dan precision information menuntut kompetensi SDM teknik yang adaptif, namun relevansi kurikulum Teknik Mesin Pertahanan Akmil dengan kebutuhan lapangan masih belum teruji secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan kompetensi Alutsista serta merumuskan strategi pengembangannya. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), penelitian melibatkan 127 responden dari dosen, alumni, perwira teknis, dan prajurit teknisi. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat relevansi kurikulum 68,4% dengan kesenjangan signifikan pada kompetensi teknologi informasi (52,3%), manajerial (61,7%), dan mekatronika. Analisis IPA mengidentifikasi 12 kompetensi prioritas dalam kuadran concentrate here yang memerlukan perbaikan intensif. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas praktikum modern, regulasi kerahasiaan, dan kurangnya feedback loop. Disarankan integrasi pendekatan CDIO, Work Integrated Learning dengan industri pertahanan, serta sistem lifelong learning untuk menghasilkan perwira teknik yang kompeten menghadapi transformasi Alutsista generasi keempat dan kelima.
