Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of military ethics and fighting values in building organic synergy among soldiers, civil servants, and the Kartika Chandra Kirana Military Spouses Association (Persit KCK) at the Military Academy (Akmil). This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach and analysis of Akmil's internal policy documents. The results indicate that the organic synergy of these three components serves as the primary foundation for realizing professionalism and integrity in military education institutions. Soldiers act as operational and nurturing engines, civil servants as administrative engines, and Persit KCK as pillars of family welfare. The implementation of transformational leadership based on Pancasila values, strengthening merit systems in civil servant management, and developing military family resilience programs have proven capable of creating a harmonious and integrity-based work environment. These findings indicate that harmonious families contribute to optimal performance and institutional strength. This study recommends strengthening continuous command mental development programs, implementing competency-based talent management, and enhancing digital literacy as adaptive efforts to face modern era challenges.
